Jaspal advises and represents major corporations across various sectors, including real estate, aviation, Software as a Solution (SaaS) start-ups, gaming, quick-commerce service platform, food delivery platform, amongst others.
He specializes in pre-litigation strategic advisory, litigation, arbitration and white-collar crimes. He has advised key clients on different aspects of dispute resolution and litigation, including internal investigations. He has advised and represented clients in insolvency proceedings, recovery proceedings, inter-se shareholders dispute, IP infringement, investor-founder dispute, amongst others before various forums and courts across the country, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court.
Jaspal completed his B.A.(LL.B.) from Gujarat National Law University in 2015 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

He advises and represents clients across various sectors, including real estate, start-ups, and State-government owned entities in commercial arbitrations. He also advises State governments as well as political parties on complex legal issues related to Government Policies and regulatory issues. He also advises various HNIs on litigation and estate management.
He is associated as an off-counsel with the Additional Advocate General of State of Karnataka (for Supreme Court of India).
Omar completed his LL.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2016 and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi .
